G5 has developed the G5 Local Search Marketing Platform to help companies target, measure, and optimize local marketing on the Internet. G5's Enterprise Marketing Services include Local Search Engine Marketing, Local Search Engine Optimization, Design, and Analytics. The G5 WebSpot allows professionals to have a simple online business card optimized for search. Prior to G5, Dan founded SmashCast, Inc., a web based digital communications company in San Francisco. He also played an integral role in the launch of both Beyond.com and CyberSource. Dan is a Managing Partner of Bend Capital Partners and co-founder of the Bend Venture Conference, both organizations devoted to fostering the growth of technology companies in Central Oregon. He is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara and the Shibusawa International School in Fukaya, Japan. He lives with his wife Sara and 2 boys in Bend, OR.
